The Dalai Lama? I'm unsure. He seems to be a Buddhist-homophobe. Non-Buddhists can be gay.

In fact, sexual activity (gay and straight) leads to murder and suicide! This is far worse than masturbation causing blindness.

PS. I've the greatest respect and admiration for HH the Dalai Lama. It seems he's not sure himself what he really thinks/believes/feels. He oscillates in his opinions.
